Full Service Reunion Planning

We prepare and pay for three mailings - a post-card announcing the date of the reunion, the invitation and a follow-up reminder. We send out a questionnaire asking for information about the classmate - what he/she has been doing since graduation, if married, how many children, funny memories from high school, etc. The class committee decides what kind of banquet facility is desired and what kind of entertainment. We then book that facility and that entertainment, making deposits for both: the committee doesn't have to come up with any money! We put together a program-memory book (click here for some sample pages) and we handle the photography if a class picture is desired.
